DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for lead generation activities using fundamental Proactive Dealer Solutions theory to support the company's sales and service goals
- Oversee, supervise and train Business Development Centre representatives
- Assign duties and provide training for dealership promotions and campaigns as required
- Maintain good customer relations, log all customer notes, schedule follow-up contact
- Address or escalate any potential issues identified by customer
- Purify and update customer changes in database
- Contact current customer base on current marketing incentives
- Respond to customer website requests under the Proactive guidelines (internet inquires)
- Contact internet clients via email and phone to schedule a sales appointment
- Notify necessary departments to inform of appointments set
- Prepare reports regarding sales volume, targets/goals and personnel matters
- Maintaining current knowledge of all sales marketing initiatives and product offering
- Develop and propose to management new marketing strategies
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Proactive Dealer Solutions certification
- At least 2 years of sale or retail experience required
- Call centre experience is an asset

TOOL & DIE MAKER
CTT requires a full time, highly motivated and skilled CNC Milling Machinist with experience using Fagor controls. This position is for full time employment (40 hours per week) at an hourly rate of $28.00. The succesful candidate would be entitled to two weeks paid vacation per year and work hours would be negotiated upon employment.
***Primary responsibilities: - Read and interpret blueprints & drawings (5%) - Create programs using Fagor Controls on CNC milling machine (30%) - Setup CNC machining tools on CNC milling machine (10%) - Monitor operation of CNC milling machine (15%) - Verify/ take measurements of parts produced by CNC milling machine (10%) - Troubleshoot and make adjustments using Fagor Controls on CNC machine, as required (20%)
***Other responsibilities, as required (approximately 10%): - Clear workspace (filing of drawings, returning tools, cleaning machines used, etc.) - Communicate verbally & in writing (consult with manager regarding work assigned; document adjustments to programs/setup; create drawings) - Operate manual machines, if required
***Qualifications - Minimum 5 years experience in programming, setup and operation of CNC milling machine using Fagor controls - Formal education or training in related field - Ability to read blueprints & drawings - Ability to use various precision measuring tools - Basic knowledge of manual machining equipment - Good verbal and written English communication skills - Strong analytical and problem solving skills
